Maybe not the newest hotel in Sukhumvit area, but very well situated at walking distance of all possible 'amenities'. Spotless clean suite, quiet and very spacious. Separate kitchen and bathroom with shower and separate bath tub. Good wifi and great breakfast with amazing staff ! Rooftop pool perfect and lots of relaxing space and sunbeds. 7-Eleven next door... overall a very good experience.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Room had a very strong smell of smoking when it's mean to be non smoking level. I tried 3 rooms all were bad,in the end just put up with it since it was a short stay. Location was great but in general hotel run down, I wouldn't rate it as 4 star more like 3 star. Included breakfast was very disappointing. Most clients seem to be Japanese so suitable for the heavy smokers. If you are used to bigger name hotels don't be lured by the cheap price and large rooms. You get what you pay for in the end. Recommend that you book a 5 star for short stay and always go with a known name if you can. Pay extra scrutiny with your credit card never let it leave your sight when processing transactions.

Traveled with a group of 3 adults and 2 seniors, booked an executive room and a premier room. First time stayed in this hotel, it has a few franchise hotel and we choose 8. There is a few pros and cons of this hotel but I mostly won’t return. Here’s my 2 cent thoughts: 1) location: its located in an alley, so we need to walk a far bit of distance to the hotel. Abit challenging for seniors but along the alley has bars and cafe. Hotel located in the kinda red light district, but I don’t feel dangerous its still safe to travel in the night. But the distance is really not very near. Along the alley has 2 7-11 which was very convenient. 2) hotel reception staff: review wrote that most of the staff were inattentive and kept playing phones, so I pre prep myself. First impressions was okay, they were not playing phone but not very friendly as well. Not super helpful, booked 2 room and requested to be on the same level. As it was stil early she told me to wait 20 min for the other room to be ready. I agreed and went to the 7-11 beside to purchase drinks and stuffs. After a good 30 min I returned and she told me the other room have to wait till 2pm. 3) hotel deposit: read review said need to deposit 2000THB but it was not collected from me so it’s fine. 4) Housekeepers: this is the main reason which made me to be disappointed with this hotel. Read previous review said that the housekeeper stole passport and items so I’m extra careful to keep valuables in the safe. But I don’t request for makeup room as the room was still ok. There was this one and only time request was when the bathroom toilet was stucked and flooded which makes the floor wet, I requested once. This was the only time and for the rest of the stay I don’t want them to be in anymore. Out of good well as the toilet need cleaning, we left a 100TBH as tip for her in the dining table under the half used scented candle with a note. On the table there was one bottle of half used scented candle which I placed the tip and another brand new sealed with tape scented candle. Please note both candles were on the table and no rubbish on the dining table it was clean. So we went out and when we got back, the tip was gone, the room was cleaned but so goes my new bottle of scented candle. I thought I misplaced but it was not, we went out wanted to ask the housekeeper if they see it, before we asked we saw the new bottle was in the wagon, right in the middle of the housekeeping wagon. We waited for her to come out of the other room and we asked her but she pretend she don’t know anything. It’s not about the candle it’s the attitude and dishonesty, we alr tip you and you still want to steal. Don’t give me the reason of you thought it was rubbish, there was another half used candle, if you want to clear, shouldn’t you clear that first? This is the first time I encountered such thing in a hotel. I stayed at level 5, probably the hotel manager would want to retrain the team of housekeepers at level 5. 5) room facilities: the room was still decent, abit worn off but not too bad. The tv channel was atrocious, nothing to view at all, the channels were mostly unavailable. My parents liked the hotel but mostly cuz they have free coffee and tea for them at lobby they like to chill there.

Rooms ok but try and get one pool facing as mine was facing Sukhumvit rd and was very noisy. Breakfast ok if you like orientalist food, not much there for westerners. Nice clean hotel, spacious. Free coffee machine in reception a nice touch too

Cons: First of all- we've got a room which had different plan compared to pictures. The hotel told they have 4 different plans of same type of rooms, but that can't give us the room from photos. First day we've left a special note on the door to have a cleanup. We've returned after a day and saw our note and room untouched which is quite unpleasant. Next day they changed a room for us to one we need, that's good. Not perfect, but still. Self-service laundry on 5th floor looks like a cheap street laundry with machines for 30 bath, but they cost 80. Dryers- another 80 thb. Breakfast from 9:30 has not so much left to choose from. (Breakfast stated to end at 10:30). Pool tiles are off in many places and can scratch you on edges. First room had lots of dust and hair in the corners. Windows are really small and usually you have no view at all. 12th floor shower ceiling lamp was leaking while raining. Bath screen had a crack. Fridge door has few holes inside. Microwave Owen door didn't open by the button only manual pull helped. The overall look of the Owen wasn't nice. Frying pans in both rooms were heavily scratched which is not good for cooking at all. Pros: 10 minutes walk to bts. The breakfast has many options if you come before 8-00. Pool is pretty nice. Toilets we're pretty comfy with showers integrated.
